Acceptable categories are: School/Office Materials, Bedding & Towels, Clothing, Tech, and Cleaning Supplies. All items will be approved by our staff before it will populate to a registry.

Please allow between 10 to 14 business days to receive a donated item. If you haven’t received a donated item within 15 days, please contact our staff directly: info@alacare.net

À La Care will not accept returns. If you have an issue with a donated item, please contact our À La Care staff. We will review the problem and try our best to produce a resolution.

À La Care is a donation platform - all donations are non-refundable.
